[Hearings] [1983]

Three hearings were held on this subject in 1983, sponsored by the New York State Legislative Commission on Science & Technology, chaired by Assemblymember Joseph Ferris. The first hearing was in Albany on Mar. 23, the second in New York City on Apr. 22, and the third sometime in April, somewhere on Long Island. It does not appear that the testimony at these hearings was transcribed. This collection consists of various items of individually submitted testimony, Assemblymember Ferris' introductory remarks, and the list of testifiers at the Albany hearing.
